How long will it take for shipments?

Usually it takes 3-7 days for shipments in Europe area.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for products?

There is no MOQ for products. You can even order 1 pcs as a start. But at least 2 pcs is what we recommend since the price will be cheaper when you order more.

How do I view the products and pricing specific to my company's contract/tier?

After registering the account, log in with your e-mail address . Once you log in successfully, you will be able to view the products.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping is free in Europe area. Contact us in advance if you are not in Europe.

How do I track the status of my order

Once the payment received, we will send out the scooters within 1-2 days. And the tracking info will be added so that you can check.
